Booking

To reserve the "property", the client should confirm in writing either by filling in the Booking Form and returning it together with the initial non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total due, or by email.

The booking will be held for 1 week until receipt of the deposit, which can be paid by cheque or by bank deposit. The client is then sent a confirmation of receipt statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival.

If the payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. Any reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking

Arrival/Departure

During peak season bookings are Saturday to Saturday only. The rental period commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure, so please plan accordingly.

Cleaning

Please leave the gite as you found it, ie clean and tidy. Any extra cleaning charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit (see below).

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of €150 should be sent with the final payment. This will be returned within 7 days of departure less any costs incurred for cleaning or breakages, etc if necessary.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, which must be given in writing, the client will be re-imbursed as follows:- The 25% initial deposit is non-returnable. - If we are able to re-let the property, the client will be reimbursed the balance less any costs incurred by us.

Sleeping Capacity

The maximum number of people allowed is 4, including any children, unless you have our written permission. Any extra persons may be asked to vacate the premises.

Linen

Linen (sheets and duvet covers) and towels are available on request for €10 per person per week. Blankets and duvets are supplied. Please bring your own towels for outside use.

Liability

We the owners shall not be liable to the client for any injuries incurred on the property. The client is fully responsible for any damage or losses to property or contents.

Pets and children

Unfortunately we no longer accept children under 10 years of age. Pets are allowed ONLY with our prior written permission.

Smoking

The property is strictly non-smoking.
