We can be found halfway between Catus and Salviac, between the Lot and Dordogne River valleys, only a stone's throw from the busy tourist areas of the Dordogne, but in a quiet, peaceful corner of the Lot.
The village of Lavercantiere is 2 minutes away. Here you will find a restaurant/bar where you can also buy your daily baguette and some groceries. The pool is available to customers during July and August.
All your food shopping can be done in Gourdon, 20 minutes away, where you will find several excellent supermarkets, as well as shops and restaurants.
Cahors, a lovely old Medieval town and the main centre of the Lot, is also within easy reach at 30 minutes' drive. It is a thriving market town with a vibrant atmosphere and pavement cafes and excellent restaurants - and a myriad little streets and alleys to explore! You can walk across the medieval Pont Valentre, which spans the Lot River.
Toulouse International airport is about 1 1/2 hours' drive, as is Bergerac airport. Rodez, to the South East, also has an airport. The budget airlines serve all three airports.
